I am often described as an enthusiast who is always open to new challenges. I have been involved in triathlon for years because the combination of three disciplines ensures it never gets boring.

In 2009, I graduated from the Academy for Physical Education (ALO). With additional certifications as a Fitness Instructor, Swim Coach, Triathlon Trainer Level 3, and a coaching program, I have gained broad and in-depth knowledge to help you become an even better athlete.
