Intake
We start with a physical or phone meeting. You tell me everything I need to know to start with your athletic challenge. This forms the beginning of the coaching and the training plan.
Connect Training
Peaks
You will then receive a link to your TrainingPeaks account. Your personal schedule will be placed there. You will clearly see what and how to train. You will link it to my account, allowing us to communicate with each other through this app.
Follow your training
The "structured" training sessions that I write, you can... Link to your smartwatch, bike computer, and ZwiftThis way, you only need to press 'start' to begin training. The workout steps guide you through the session. Read the training description beforehand, so you know the intention of what you need to do and why.
Track your progress
In the TrainingPeaks app, you can track how your training is going. This keeps you organized with your plans. You can indicate when your next race is. And for each training, you can report how it went. This provides me as a coach with a lot of feedback to adjust accordingly.
Discuss your progress
Discuss your questions and your progress. You can schedule this yourself via... My scheduleThe coaching conversation is the moment to share your feelings about the training. And, if necessary, adjust training, zones, and intensity. We zoom out and look at your progress from a distance. Are we on the right track?
