Wil jij beter en sneller leren zwemmen? Volg dan de personal zwemtraining bij mij. Je krijgt veel individuele aandacht, technische aanwijzingen en drills om je slag te verbeteren. Video-analyse van je slag behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.

Waarom kies je voor ons?

Met onze trainingsplannen krijg je een gratis TrainingPeaks Basic acount. Je kunt jouw trainingen zien in de TrainingPeaks app of online. Je kunt nu overal je trainingen volgen en synchroniseren met jouw apparaten.

Bekijk in je app welke progressie je hebt geboekt en hoe je steeds beter wordt

Synchroniseer je workouts

De trainingen worden o.a. gesynchroniseerd met je sporthorloge, fietscomputer en Strava.

Beoordeel je trainingen

Geef na elke training aan hoe je je voelde (smiley) en hoe zwaar het was (1-10)
